- The cottage has fully controllable (by you) central heating (gas boiler & radiators) and instant hot water
- Complimentary wifi is available throughout the cottage for use with your own laptop
- You will find the cottage very comfortable and well equipped with all the day to day items that you will need during your stay
- The cottage is owner managed to a very high standard by Rachel Halley who is a Chartered Surveyor
Location
- Tweedle Dum Cottage is conveniently located in the heart of the pretty Peak District village of Youlgreave, about 3 miles from Bakewell and about half an hour from Junction 28 of the M1
- The nearest large town is Ashbourne which is approximately a 20 minute drive away
- The nearest city is Sheffield which is about a 40 minute drive away
- The cottage is within easy strolling distance of the 3 village pubs, the Post office and the 2 butchers which double up as village stores

Rental Notes
- Tweedle Dum Cottage is available to rent all year round, we have a minimum booking period of three nights due to the laundry and cleaning costs
- The cottage is for 1-2 adults only
- All rates are inclusive of towels, linen, heating, utilities, complimentary wifi and the final clean
- For all short breaks (less than 7 nights) we ask for the whole payment at the time of booking
- For all weekly or longer breaks a deposit of £100 secures the dates and the balance is due 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday
Pets and Babies
- Your well behaved pets & babies are welcome, we kindly ask that pets are not allowed upstairs and are kept off the soft furnishings. We make a small additional charge of £25 for pets and babies. We allow a maximum of two dogs
- We regret that we are not insured to accept children, only babies in arms
